Berghetta offers a wealth of experience across all State and Federal Courts and Tribunals and has worked with the Queens Counsel in court actions and complex mediations. In addition to a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and admissions to practice in both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, Berghetta holds a Bachelor of Health Science, which has assisted her in a broader understanding of her client's injuries in areas of medical negligence, worker's compensation and motor vehicle accidents. She is also an Accredited Mediator (2006), an active member of the Law Society of SA, and a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

James completed his legal studies at Flinders University before going on to complete a Masters of Law at Melbourne University, specialising in Industrial Law, Medical Negligence, Insurance, and General Litigation. He has worked in all state and commonwealth courts and tribunals working with Queens Counsel from both South Australia and interstate. He is an active member of the Law Society of SA, the Australia Lawyers Alliance, and Justice Net SA - an organisation working to provide legal advice to some of the state’s most disadvantaged.

Naomi graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations). She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law, before being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia as a Barrister and Solicitor, and has been admitted to the High Court of Australia. Naomi enjoys assisting clients across all areas of the law.

Max then went on to being admitted as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria, before being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia, and has been admitted to the High Court of Australia. Max enjoys working across all areas of law. His professional, yet friendly and empathetic approach helps him assist clients in otherwise stressful situations.
